Information I Collect

When you subscribe to my newsletter or join my ARC reader or street team programs, I may collect your name, email address, subscription preferences, and information about how you signed up.

My website may also collect basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and site activity, through its hosting services and cookies.

How I Use Your Information

I use your information to:

Send newsletters, book announcements, release updates, and occasional behind-the-scenes content.
Communicate with ARC readers and street team members about advance copies, upcoming releases, and reader opportunities.
Respond to questions or messages you send me.
Understand newsletter engagement and improve my communications.

I do not sell my email subscriber list or provide subscriber information to third parties for their independent marketing.

Newsletter Subscriptions and ARC Programs

My email newsletters are managed through MailerLite.

You may subscribe directly through ginpink.com or opt in to receive my newsletter through reader services such as Voracious Readers Only or BookSirens.

Participation in an ARC program does not automatically require you to join my ongoing street team.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter.

Third-Party Services

My website is hosted by Wix, and my email communications are managed through MailerLite. These providers process certain information to operate my website and email services.

Readers who participate through Voracious Readers Only or BookSirens may also be subject to those services' separate privacy policies.

Cookies and Email Analytics

My website and service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to support website functionality and understand visitor activity.

My email service may also collect information about email delivery, opens, and link clicks to help me improve future communications.

Your Privacy Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting me at hello@ginpink.com.
